In the POD, projects take form

THE POD (Project Organization Development ) is how we fondly refer to our project management system. Organic in design, it’s an organization program that allows us to efficiently manage files, client input, revisions, timelines, budgets and more. We call it the POD because it is where the formative development occurs, before the project is “set free”.  Don’t worry, it’s not like one of the pods in Alien. It’s a FORCE FOR GOOD.
